I have the Conti DWS tires on 19" rays coupe wheels (245/40/19 and 275/35/19) and I love them. Excellent performance in the snow and wet. Rain has literally no noticeable impact on handling or grip anymore. Plus they're soft enough for extended highway use and have a great treadlife. Read some reviews on tirerack. The Conti's are the best UHP all season out right now. Read my review of them.

I had the Kuhmo Ecsta's on my old Mazda and loved them, gripped the road really well. I'm getting some summer tires for the G and may go with Kuhmo's again, was also impressed with the tread life. I have heard good things about the Hankooks as well. I check tirerack.com a lot and read their reviews, people tend to have very insightful reviews on the tires they purchased.
