i used it and seems worth it the car runs smoother and im getting 1mpg more than before BUT it could all be a coincident since i did it at the same time i changed my diff, clutch and tranny oil and the car is running great with no hesitation and quicker rpm drop during shifting which makes driving bit more fun.
EDIT: i didnt use the nissan one, i used the prestone all in one, have used it on all my cars in past with good results but the results on the G would always be minimal since we use premium gas which form most stations already has some detergents in em which leaves behind less deposits compared to all the regular gas.

TB cleaning is a must if you havent done it before you will feel a difference but visit the TB DIY thread to see a few issues ppl had to avoid them, i followed the DIY exactly as written and had no problems. the 3step is not needed imo, just TB cleaning and the "tune-up" in a bottle is enough as i said our engines dont get that much build up with high grade fuel and good oils.

I'd say cleaning the TB's is a must. Like Kool Yaar said the DIY is very informative and by the opinions of most it is needed well before the 60k mark. I have 28k and am getting ready to do in two weeks following the DIY thread. People who did it around this mileage were very surprised to find that much build up already. Infiniti's for some reason get really dirty really fast...
