Decisions decisions...

Ok so guys i need some help...

as spring approaches and the weather getting nicer along with me having saved up over the winter i can continue modding

i was wondering what you all think about putting one of these hoods on my G

my other option would to skip this completely and go after my next mod which is an catback system

either Ark or FI i am leaning more on the FI side

and finally finish with some akenbonos

So let me know what you think about the hood!!!

i think u should go with a FI catback cause these hoods dont go with sedans IMO and are a coupe thing, but if you like it then just do it!

i think a cf hood is just ricey on a sedan now. Plus it's easier for someone to yank it off and steal it.... happened just recently to a good buddy local in jersey

I didn't know they made that hood for the 2nd gen sedan. I would say no on the hood. Its really only going to flow if you have a full body kit to go along with it. Gotta be heavily modded exterior wise to rock it properly.

Thanks for the quick responses guys!!!

yeah i was along the same line cause i really dont have anything else that really flows with the hood really wish they made a trunk too but even with that i still may look a little ricey with the CF hood and trunk and if i did that i probably would have CF wrapped my roof too

yeah AutoKit X just made em, but they only have a couple and they offered it at a partial sponsorship price so figured it would be worth a shot

^ Chinky if you are looking for a trunk, SEIBON already makes them for the 2nd gen sedans.

However, I really think you need more mods to make it look right on the car. I say skip the CF hood and use that $$ towards the FI exhaust + some HFC.

wait really there's a trunk out for us 2nd gens???!?! gota look into this

yeah unfortunately us 2nd gen sedans dont really have any aggressive exterior mods to fit the hood huh?

alright guess i ll probably be passing up on the exterior mods and going to the catback maybe if i got some extra $$$ laying around i ll come back to this :P

Strafe recently released some bodykits for our car as well. Not something I would rock on my car but something to consider if you are looking for an aggressive bodykit.

Personally, I would skip the hood and go for the F.I. exhaust as well. The Akenbonos would be a great upgrade for braking down the line for sure as well.

Guess its pretty obvious that i ll be going back with my original plan and going with an exhaust will be placing an order within the next few weeks.

Anyone know where i can get the best pricing for an FI exhaust??
