Hi I just bought a 2008 g35x sport with nav and camera, and I am interested in getting a spoiler for it. However i am kinda confused as what kind there are available. All the online sites (all OEM) I am seeing its a normal wing spoiler with the led light and just one type of that. Now I went on ebay and circle infiniti in NJ had spoilers listed for the g35 also however they had a totally differnet one 2 different kinds (camera and without) and there was no wing one and they told me that this is the only one available. Can someone tell me what the deal is with this? Also if you know who might have the best price. So far I see oemonlineparts.com has it for like $416 for the one I want (wing)

 

Welcome to the forum!! The only spoiler I would put on my car is the 2009+ G37 Lip Spoiler. But there are so many options out there. You just don't know how to search!!

sorry i guess I wasnt specific enough. I am ONLY looking to put on an OEM one and only one for the 08 g35. I have looked around a lot. I dont want any aftermarket one. I was just wondering why this one dealer told me they only have the lip one and when i look at all the other sites online they only have a wing.

 

09+ came with the rear lip style spoiler as an OEM accessory. Just the 07-08 came with the lifted wing style spoiler you are referring to. However, both spoilers work on all 07+ sedans. So basically you just have two options if you wanna stay OEM.

thank you very much. that really helps out. I think I wanna go with the wing one. Does anyone know who may have the best price on this OEM? My local dealer has it for 425 and another one I dont think had a clue told me 580 which is well more then msrp. The cheapest online was oemonlineparts.com but i dunno, if you call the number it just goes to one guys voicemail and you can only contact them directly on the site and i still havent gotten a reply in over 24 hours.

 

I like the spoiler type versus the wing...I didnt know the g37 OEM would fit the G35...kinda pricy though from what Ii see...

 

ok so someone told me that infiniti didnt make any OEM spoiler for the 07-08 as an accessory. the one I am seeing on all these sites is the collision one for if the car was in an accident they would send one unpainted. is this true? this is driving me crazy!

I have G37 lip spoiler on mine and it was $100 for OEM off eBay but I did paint it since IP is not available in 09.

ok so i kinda figured it out. there is no accessory 08 spoiler but there is a factory 08 spoiler however this one guy told me he needs to know the vin of a car with a factory spoiler so he knows which one to order. still driving me crazy. all i want is the one on any of these online sites wher eyou put in your car select trunk lid, then spoiler, then black which is my color and the one that comes up there is the one I want. I dont know why its so hard for eveyrone to figure out. however no one seems to be able to know which one to order.
