How did u get one already?

 

has anyone ever thought of getting an ARK muffler with the dual tip such as the hyundia gensis one(dual exhaust but just example of the look) and making it fit on a first gen sedan?...i got the megan oers and though of keeping that middy and getting the ark muffler and have a muffler shop make it fit

ARK does not sell just mufflers. Last time I check, they only sell their exhausts as a whole unit. They won't break anything up.

I'm with J2S2M. This exhaust is about at my threshold for loudness. No way I could add a HFC or TP to the ARK exhaust. I actually tried and had a GTM RTP on it for two days and took it off cause it sounded absolutely ridiculous. The exhaust breaks in well and gets quitier over time. I can't even hear the exhaust at idle now. I think a lot of people will like this exhaust but its just not for me. I'm looking for something a little more under the radar. I just ordered an Invidia CBE in hopes that its not as aggressive and will be posting my ARK RWD exhaust in the classified once I make the swap.

Yes, ARK is louder than stillen. I had a chance to meet up with Adam (OMG35S) and he has stillen. Mine exhaust was louder than his, but he actually liked it a lot and almost wanted to trade me right there on the spot. To each his own...

Yes, these are definitely much more louder than Stillen's. IMO the Stillen is not as loud as ppl make it sound. Anyway, here's my rating on the loudness of few of the exhausts for the v36 sedans. Btw I've heard all of them in person except for the Invidia.

ARK > STILLEN > FI > INVIDIA > TANABE

 

no i wasnt the test car. I bought one and modified it to fit the AWD.

Yes, there is some droning at lower RPM. No droning on the hwy.
