Problem with mirrors memory
Hi all,
Has anyone encountered this problem with the mirrors not being automatically reset back to their saved position after being manually adjusted?
Up until recently, every day when I backed into my spot at work, I dropped the mirrors manually so I can see where I’m backing into. When I’m done, I simply shut the car off, get out, and lock it (don’t bother returning the mirrors back to their saved position).
At the end of the day, when I returned, I would simply unlock it through the door handle button, start the car and drive away – everything would return back to its saved position (seats, steering wheel, and mirrors).
…. That’s the way it suppose to work, and the way it has been working perfectly fine for 4+ years until my dealer has just replaced the battery and I lost all my settings… - not a problem I thought to myself, I’ll just re-save everything again.
Well, not sure what happened, but ever since they swapped the battery out, everything goes back to its saved position, except for the mirrors… - if I want to return them, I have to press the memory button (#1) to return them back to their saved position, otherwise, they remain at the lowered position I left them at, when I backed into my spot earlier that morning.
It’s weird… - their position is saved (I can return them back by pressing the #1 button), but they won’t automatically return to their position when I get in and start the car the next time (the seats and steering wheel do return automatically when I start the car again)….
Any ideas?

Look into the manual there is a way to link the remote to your memory settings, maybe somehow that got deleted and you have to let it relearn it, that should the allow for everything to automatically set back to the memory settings when you press on the handle button. If that doesnt work then report back
