Idle problem solved now rpms are seem to be jumping...?

I gave up on all the info i got from other forums I thank you guys a lot but i gave up and ended going to my local garage and it was they fixed it. The rpms dont jump anymore but i have a problem now when ever i am accelerating i press on the gas the rpms jump seems like the car is chocking drop back down then it really starts accelerating like it is suppose to.

For example:

Driving in 3rd gear press on the gas rpms jump to 4.5k car doesnt seem to be sounding like it is suppose to drop back to 3.5 -4k and then it accelerates like it is suppose to.

Now do i have to drive for some time so the ecu learns or...?

Anyone please this whole throttle body issue is going to cause me cancer...

stressing out a lot= a lot of cigarettes
