rick from riverside infiniti?

how can i get ahold of him??????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????
my problem is stemming from 2010 of june/july or even before that
i had ordered two sets of jdm digital clocks with the faceplates........from tony when he was still there......by the time they came in he was gone and rick took over my order. well things went good and rick sent them to me. good that i got my digital clocks....bad is instead of getting two faceplates to go with the digital clock they sent the two covers that surround the climate cluster on the main dash which is worthless to me.
so i told rick i needed the faceplates that go over the digital clock also over the climate cluster. sent him pictures and he supposedly sent them to japan so they could get my faceplates......waited couple weeks..turned into two months. i call back riverside and they say rick is no longer with us..................so i ask them who the **** is monitoring my order.....guys like oh we need a invoice or some kind of ordre number so they can pull it up.................this was over a year already wat the **** am i suppose to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
plz get me ricks number anyone.

^ true in the sense that the money was paid to the last dealership and not to this dealership so if he tries to fix the issue then the new dealership or he himself looses out, however rick has surprised me before iwth his customer service with a few issues that i didnt expect to be cleared so you never know...
