Glendale infiniti
Hey guys I'm a newcomer to the board, and i have own my 07 G35 for about 2 months and i love it.
about a week ago the SES light came on.
I took it over to Car Zone in Van nuys. Donald check it out for free and pulled code P0024. he said it was a warranty issue and should take it to the dealer.
this past Saturday morning 5/9 i arrived glendale infiniti about 7am.
and all i can say is WOW!!
Sam (service writer) took care of me.
I told him that SES light was on.
and i also had a print out of the brake judder tsb, my steering wheel was shaking when brakes were applied. and also had a print out of the the real axle clicking tsb, i kept hearing a click noise in the back.
i showed him copies of the tsb and told him the symptoms the car had.
i also told him about the steering wheel chipping and shift **** chipping.
all he said was ok no problem we will take care of it.
he even went to see the car while i was sitting in his office and came back and said I am going change out your speedometer cluster as well.DOMO
he arranged a loaner for me '10 g37. i left there around 730am
he said they will call me when it will be ready
he called me that same day in the afternoon and said the call will be ready Tuesday afternoon.
i arrive to the dealership after work on Tuesday.
and he started going down the whole list of things he did on the car.
first was the SES issue.
they changed VTC B2 and solenoid gasket ( i have no idea what that is )
Brake judder issue,
Resurfaced front rotors and changed out brake pads
Real Axle issue
changed both rear bearing assembly's
and changed out the shift ****, speedo cluster, only thing im waiting for is the steering wheel. he said he will call me when it arrives.
but man Mike was nice the entire time, and took care of me and made everything as smooth as possbile, didnt try to fight none of the issues or make me pay for anything. i suggest any los angeles are G owners take your car to him. he will do right by you.
here's the only pic of my i car i have right now
