Don't know if this applies to the iphone, however I've had some issues with my blackberry connection as in it will connect then some days it won't. I've turned my phone and radio off in an attempt to reset it, and even deleted it from the system and re-installed it and nothing.

My next thing was visit the dealership, so I called and explained the issue and the rep spoke to a technician and he said remove and re-install the battery (phone) because if you drop your phone it will have an issue. Now I know the iphone doesn't have a removable batery but it's something to think about if you're having connectivity issues.

By dropping the phone I mean (in my case) I walked into my room and threw my phone (with otterbox case) on my bed and it bounced off and hit the floor, phone was fine, but bluetooth connectivity was lost next time I entered my car. Works everytime I don't see the checkered marks signal, I just remove and re-install the battery.

Iphone folks, I don't know what you'll do since you don't have a removable battery. Don't expect a fix from infiniti if it's a problem that fixable by removing and re-installing the battery.
