I actually reported that guy Ricardo to his manager for bad customer service. he acted like an as#hole and kept pressuring me to buy certain things and when i said no kept asking why not. like WTF, what part of NO don't you get. Whenever I do go i just walk into the managers office, he's cool

I did all of the following with no questions asked and they even pointed out one of the issues lol. This is a common issue with the 07 models obviously.

Are those of you that got these things replaced under warrantee still? Or have some gotten this done outside warrantee?

Today I replaced my AT shift **** with the new one (and it has the new number - 34910-JK01A)



The color is more gray and matte, than my older one. I beleive, it would become more black and glossy some time later, wouldn't it?

And another good thing is that now it shifts smoother with the depressed button! The older one had to be pressed twice sometimes, to be released...

but i love Glendale infiniti.
i have went there several time for warranty issues.

i have weatherstripping replaced on all 4 doors, my shift ****, **** boot, door pulls, speedo cluster, brake judder, car battery. the list goes on and on.

i have an 07 g35 sedan.
