now... 2nd part of the question would be -- how to find part number of that plastic frame. it has crack... i attached photo, does anyone know maybe part description and/or part number?

small crack just leave it!
Don't worry about it. Too small for anything. But you can always go to the dealers or call them for that part number. Maybe you might get it fix under warranty.

The ICC unit on the lower bumper is actually on all the time calculating the distance and rate of speed you are approaching another vehicle or object. If a vehicle or object is sensed approaching too fast the Brake Assist system is activated before the driver steps on the brake pedal. It a nutshell it helps increase a driver's brake response time
Hmmm sounds nice, next car I get ill look into it.
im sooo glad i got this on my 07. i wouldnt know what i would do without that Backup cam. i love the lines telling me where im going based on steering input. half the time i dont even turn around to look
