Hello everyone!

Traded in my car for an 08' G35 sedan sport 6MT and have been lurking through the forums to see what my new baby is all about! So far I have done the DIY mod posted by ON. I've driven manual cars since I was 13 and this has been one of the most difficult to get down smoothly on a consistent basis. Mod helped a little but will probably look into replacing the clutch over the next year or two.

Now for my question, what do you guys/girls recommend on doing first to my new baby based on your experience(s)? I eventually want to have her lowered and get rims. Optional mods are more for asthetics but I also am interested in performance in making the car run better.

Any input would greatly be appreciated

First off Welcome aboard. Appearance, tint / rims/ lowered/ keep it shiny. You wont believe how many folks look at my car at its stock except for my signature pin stripes i put on all my cars. I keep my sheit clean no matter what.

Performance, IDK. If you've been lurking around you'll figure what the most popular performance mods are.

Thanks gtbigup01. I am definitely more of the clean look type gal when it comes to my cars, nothing too overboard. The car has some really dark tint in the back windows so that is going to have to go. I would like one overall tint color around the car that isn't too dark.

Welcome!
My first easy, cheap mod was LED lights for the interior, license plate, and parking lamp bulbs.

Good to have you! You will LOVE it here. Performance: upRev tune after breather mods, decent increase in power/torque.

LED's as stated was one of my least expensive and fav.

Post some pics up when you can.

Congrats on your new ride Karma!

Congrats and welcome! For my $.02 don't underestimate the Osiris tune, even with light modding made my G feel so much better!

Sorry guys, I only have that one picture in my 'garage' as my girl is as stock as you can get right now but i've been on this site most of the day taking notes on what to do next. Ok, so what is the Osiris tune and I really like the rear diffuser overlay look as well. I am looking into lowering springs as my next move.

We always like to see new members showing off their new rides!

Here is some info on what you requested. Osiris is the type of software that is installed via port to our ECU it is an upgrade that tells your engine it can produce more power (after CAI, exhaust, HFC, etc.) Big difference in low end Torque http://uprev.com/

Lowering:

For our cars I haven't seen a package but V-LEDS.com has always given me superior customer service, fast shipping, and excellent products.
