Hesitation issue 07 G35

Hey guys,
I recently picked up a 2007 G35 S with 6 speed. I've noticed a hesitation when changing the throttle pressure from light pressure to heavy pressure.

Example, If I'm slowly accelerating through 2nd gear and punch it, there will be a slight hesitation before the cars power hits. Almost feels like an automatic downshifting.

If I have my foot off the throttle and hit it hard, it won't hesitate. It's weird, but not right...

I also noticed that when using cruise control, the car sounds like it's surging. It's subtle, but I'm wondering it this sounds like a TPS issue or if it's something that any of you have experienced?

The car only has 22k miles on it....

Thanks all

^ try that, it usually helps, if it doesnt then my guess is that the previous owner got the throttle sensitivity TSB which makes for that very scenario where the throttle response is "smoothed out" further and which is why i never got it even after the dealer pushed for it...

Other thoughts? Disconnected the battery and went out with my wife for a few hours and came back. Still the same issue....

Electronic throttle bodies suck, don't they. I have suspected that this is one reason why the auto is as fast as our 6mt's. At every shift, the electonic throttle body is thinking about opening up, instead of just doing it. Oh yeah, mine does this, too.

I wish my 07 only had 22K on it.

Yeah, sounds like the TSB was applied. I've driven a few G's with that TSB applied and they all do that very same thing. I hate it.
My understanding is that tons of people complained about the throttle being too touchy and there were even stories of people rear-ending cars or driving into garage walls because it was too aggressive.
I don't see it being anything I can't control but who knows. I do know that I'll beat the tech who puts that damn TSB in my car.
I love my "touchy" thottle that does exactly what I tell it to do the split second I tell it to do so.

My car does it too and I was hoping the UpRev tune would fix this but it DOESN'T!!! I absolutely hate electronic throttle bodies. I've talked to other people with different brands of cars and their's do it to a certain extent as well. I wish they were cable operated. My 97 Acura 5 speed is 10x more responsive.

If you guys want more "response" then it seems like the Blitz throttle body controller or sprint one should fix your issue, it does not add any power but does exactly what you guys are looking for, it increases throttle sensitivity at each level making the TB think they are pressed more than what you are pressing thus more response.

Disclaimer: i havent tested it but have done TONS of research on it and this is the vibe i got for the product.

If I get any more throttle response in my car, I'll get to work before I leave the house. LOL

You can control throttle sensitivity by the RPM with UpRev's Osiris, but it doesn't set itself for you!
If you have the Osiris, I'd ask your tuner to change the settings.

I honestly have not noticed this on my 07 6MT. I know I got an ecu flash done at the same time as my clutch slave cylinder recall. I thought the ecu flash for sensitive throttle applied only to auto transmissions.
