I was talking to the dealer about this issue this morning...for the third time he says it doesn't exist. Says that all Electronic TB's have some lag compared to cable driven systems...i still would like it to react quicker...he wants to do the TB cleaning and Fuel injector cleaning...says it will help it out...

It helps his pay.... It wont do jack. Go buy a bottle of techron. My stupid dealer said the rpm issues I had were from bad sprockets... Even though I told them it was a dirty tb. They were wrong.

Disclaimer: i havent tested it but have done TONS of research on it and this is the vibe i got for the product.
i planned to get one in the past, but my worries were that it may conflicts with my current UpRev tune . . so i left it behind

I got that issues as well, however my service records print out doesn't show that the previous owner did this TSB. How am I supposed to race if my G will bogg down when I punch it? Hahaha, watch me get smoked by a ford focus... sigh!

My car does this too. I have had plenty of MT drive by wire cars and they worked just as good as a cable throttle.

07 6mt second hand. If I punch it abruptly after giving just light throttle, its hesitates for a second as if the timing is off or something

going from light throttle-part-wide open is not smooth at all. almost as if the car has to think before it switches from one map to another.

removing the ETC function with uprev helps quicken the throttle response. I think there is also a fuse that controls that as well
