Experiences with K&N drop-ins?
#31
The K&N's show no noise difference whatsoever. I don't feel a difference in acceleration either.
The K&N's give me about 1 mpg more than the OEM. I know it's conditions and blah blah blah. I'm saying that before I got them, I was averaging about 22 mpg. Now, after 3 tanks with the K&N's, I get 23 mpg. Also, I don't have to replace them...ever.
If your G is a temporary (2 years or less) car, stick with OEM. If you plan on keeping it for a long period of time, why not go with K&N? The cost factor ultimately determines it all.
Since I plan on keeping my car for several years, they are worth it to me.
