DIY rear brakes

I did a search but did not find one....is there a DIY for replacement of rear brake pads and packing the bearings? Do I need to worry about doing rotors too? Any demons in there? Just retract the pistons and replace with new hardware.?

When I replaced my rear pads (at 58000km) I just removed the top caliper bolt so that the caliper pivots on the bottom bolt. They are easy. The rotors were/are still in great shape.
I don't do bearings.
