If ya'll live in dallas/fw area, Sewell infiniti is highly recommended.

I was so shocked by the customer service. They were all nice and took great care of me.

I took my car in, they got me a g37 loaner (this thing is sexy) and i was off in less than an hour.

I asked them about my interior pieces, brakes squeaking, and that idle problem everyone has. Hopefully they replace it all for free!!

Only part that I didnt like was they did try to sell me tires for a 1000 dollars tho, but i said i'm a teacher...Ill go to discount tire hahaha! I guess everyone gotta make money somehow LOL

 

Yup sewell anything is usually good about customer service.

 

I have had great service at Crest in Richardson as well. I got the same exact treatment from Troy there. Seems we have good dealerships in NTX!
