Idk what PA inspection is like but in Jersey they just check for codes so if you're throwing a cel for example you'd fail. Technically it is "illegal" to changes the cats unless they were previously damaged but your best bet would be to look up the inspection procedure for PA since it varies by state.

if you have emissions testing stick with HFC, you wont recieve that much more in gain with the RTP.

There are plenty of companies that offer these, Berk and Fast intentions are 2 of the ones everyone talks about, Invidia makes them too. i would stay away from stillen, alot of people get CELs from those.

Ive got a set of HFC resonated being built by Tony at Fast intentions for me right now. the resonator is going to keep the in cabin drone that normally comes with HFC to a minimum

for just $90 more than the Berks, i think i might have to go with ART pipes...sounds like theyre pretty awesome...for the difference in performance and sound, it seems like it might be worth it even if i have to swap them with the oem cats once a year for emissions...

I just had a local exhaust shop make me a set of HFC's. Sounds great and it was only 375 installed. There is a tiny bit of drone inside but not enough to take it back and have a resinator put in, he said he would and it would only take 15 minutes if necessary. I know there is no name brand but hey, it sounds sick. Getting Osiris tune in t - 5 days.... Mine is AWD as well and there was no issues. I have a baseline tune thread with pics of the pipes.
