UPDATE:

So Willis Infiniti drove all the way out to me (2.5hrs) and left me a loaner for 2 days. They replaced my right-front wheel bearing and the piece of dash above the instrument cluster as it was peeling up above the brightness buttons. This was great and I was excited to have my car back. Well today they arrive to drop off my G at my office and this is what I am greeted to:

The driver from the dealership pulled too far forward and this was the result.

I called the dealership right away and they had their driver come back and, once again, drive my car 175miles back to the dealership to get it fixed. They won't be able to look at it until Monday but I specifically told them to call me FIRST before they do anything as I want to make sure they don't try to half-*** it. I want a new bumper.

^ that to bad, some people are just so careless with other peoples property. I hope they fix it right for you. They will probably repaint.
Also, your office parking lot needs an upgrade. Spikes sticking out of the parking locks...

I'm assuming you mean from the wheel bearing? Not really, it was just really loud... may have been a slight vibration but not much.

Don't give up on your problem. I still need to go for a ride with you to see for myself what that thing is doing.
Honestly, if I was you, I'd get into direct contact with Herb.
Let me know if you want backup... I'm happy to join that meeting!

I'm actually at 39,500 miles now and I have 5/32 of tread left... I'm going to get new tires before the winter hits but 40k + is crazy for stock RSA's

The service guy asked me on the phone if there was anything else I wanted them to look at... I simply mentioned how this piece was peeling up a little and next thing I know they replaced the whole thing.

My car makes a slight humming sound and a very slight vibration exactly at 60... if I go over or under its gone. I always thought it was a wheel balance issue (I had it done 4k ago) and the car does not veer to the left or right indicating its not a alignment issue... am I right in assuming its a balance issue or is this a wheel bearing?

HAHA here's wishing my dealer would drive my car into something so I could get a new bumper... preferably a sport one
