Honestly probably no difference at all, but most of us go buy this "you pay for what you get". If I was you call around to some exhaust places and see what they have on hand and how much they are.

Doesnt change emissions at all. Yes welding is required since you are cutting your Y-Pipe and adding in new pipe. If you look at my pictures on page one you can see where they welded.

Yes its aluminum meaning it will rust if you live in a area that snows/rains a lot. But besides that looks like its worth every penny. Also if it does rust It will be awhile before it does so its worth a try. I think I will just stick with the magnaflow.....
