2008 G35x Low Idle/Turns Off Cleaned the TB and now the AC wont turn on
I need some help! I have a 2008 G35x with about 70k and its having some issues. The first problem was a low idle that would result in engine stalls. I read some forms on here, disconnected the battery, cleaned the throttle bodies, and it seemed to fix the problem (for now). My wife drove the car to work the next day and the AC isnt working. I think something is up with the computer. Also, the backlight for the gauges decides to go on and off. I think the car may be possessed. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
Thanks!

There actually is a TSB for this thing, if cleaning TB does not help then it needs some sort of ecu reflash under warranty, just go to the dealer and explain the issue and they should take care of it, as for the AC and gauges lights, it could be some electrical issue or just a bad cluster.
You should still be under the drivetrain warranty under which this stalling should be covered without a hitch at least

Update
So I cleaned the throttle bodies, the MAF sensors and changed the air filters. The idle was better for a few days but then went back to stalling. I took it to the infinity shop and had to explain to them the TSB. After $102 and the software update it is running much better! And I'm getting almost 4mpg better at 22. Now we will see how long it lasts...I've only had the car back for a day

yeah iv heard of that before and sounds TERRIBLY unfair! Considering that this(like all other TSB) is a known problem with a selected batch of vehicles that infiniti themselves have identified and made the dealer and consumer aware of it through this TSB, but will only perform the service free of charge if youre under warranty even though its a common problem and a fault on their part and nothing to do with the user... sad
