God Bless the internet....and G35 driver

So I pick my car up yesterday from having the seat foam repacked.

Airbag light is on and the window one touch feature isn't working. Obviously due to power and airbag being disconnected.

No worries. I'm not paying the stealer $150 to reset it. Down to my friend's shop I go to use his high dollar computer.

Connect to the ODB II and get a "no active code" reading, and confirmation that the driver's seat airbag had set it off. Wouldn't allow us to reset it though....wants us to use the Consult 3 which we don't have.

Then I realize I was too stupid to use Google to begin with. A quick search pulls up threads from G35 Driver that address both issues.

What did people do before the internet?

We got ripped off by dealership service departments.

I don't. They documented the entire process, but I don't have copies of the pix. Will ask them to send them to me.
