Suspension Problem?
Suspension Problem?
Hi guys,
so about 6 months ago, i installed the Eibach Pro Kit(Part#6383.140), along with Eibach Pro-Alignment front and rear(Part# 5.72260K and 5.72130k) camber onto my 2008 G Sedan Journey. Up until two weeks ago there were no issue; everything was good. However, last week, i started to hear some "squeaking" sounds coming from both the front and rear, every time i go over a minor dip or when i break and go. The squeaking noise sounds just like any spring that had been loaded with too much pressure and every time it moves, it squeaks. Hope this makes sense. I don't know what is causing the problem, so please advise.
A couple of questions i have are:
1. Do i have the right springs and cambers? I triple-checked the parts’ numbers before I install, so I don’t think the springs and camber are incorrect.
2. What can i check and fix, to get rid of the squeaks?
3. Back in the days when i had my 1999 SI, the front lowering springs was much shorter than the stock springs, so install was really easy. But with the G35, i notice that the Eibach Pro front springs are much "taller/longer" then the stocks, as if there was too much springs. Does this sound right; the Eibach are actually taller than stock?
thanks!

On the Eibach website they show the part 5.72130k (Camber/caster Control Arm) to be for the 09-11 Sedan (excluding AWD). They show no front Camber arm part for the 2008's. I'm not doubting it would be the same but just point it out.
Is it possible that the bushings need some lube?
Anyway, if you are worried it may be the Eibach parts, they have a 2 year warranty on them. Good luck.
