New 07-09 Fascia Option

Well, there appears to be a new grill/bumper option for our sedans. Too bad it is so expensive. What do you all think?

The lights behind the grill are atrocious.

The bumper, however, I really dig.

Yeah, I totally agree. The color changing LEDs are awful but I assume(and hope) they are optional. I also could live without the LED bars on the side, but I have mixed feelings about those.

From what I've seen, it'll be $4500-$5000 for the whole shebang.

The bumper alone costs just shy of 3 grand, and that doesn't include the grill, the CF lip(i think) or the fog lights.

A 10+ conversion would be way cheaper, but not as original, that is for sure.

WTH. Are you serious? 4-5 grand for just the new front look.

In my calculation, to do a full 2010+ front conversion, it takes about $2,000. I say F. that BS Fascia front bumper. Here is the list of parts that you need to do the front 2010+ conversion:
- Bumper: ~$220
- Grill: $340
- Headlights: ~$500 each
- Fog lights: $130 each or you can go custom for much less.
- Washer fluid tank: ~$120
All can be purchased on ebay and some of them include shipping already. So everything you need to do the 2010+ conversion is about $2,000. You can spend some more to get the bumper painted but it would be way less than $3,000.

Why, they're 07-09 headlights

The side view of the bumper is horrible, with AMG-wannabe slats on the side.

From the front it looks OK, but from the side the whole squared off edges look too ricey for my taste.

It is a little too "Fast and Furious" for my taste. The stock back-end wouldn't fit with that part of the bumper. I do like the 10+ grill on there though.
