Window Chrome Removal

^i was under the impression that people remove the trim in order to paint it...but to answer the question, unfortunately I have never seen a diy on it... I remember seeing a thread about it and they said be careful not to bend it because its really obvious and expensive to buy new from Nissan. Can't remember the name of the thread but just search like "blacked out trim" cause a few people removed it to paint

No. Im sorry. My vehicle is black, the window trim is chrome. I have seen a lot of G35 sedans with the window trim black and I really like that so I was wondering if anyone has seen a DIY that I have not found. I was told plasti dip, but I have also seen some people use plasti dip and get a sort of orange peel to it. I also really dislike the chrome truck lip. Thank you everyone for responding!
