Thanks for your input all! (Real and Funny) lol

It doesnt bother me much to want to fill it in as it looks OEM and not noticable at all to anyone else.

One day i will open up the steering column (Paddle shifters ) and investigate further

Holy S*it! You guys were right!

I had time to get under the dash today and noticed a ****. As soon as I turned the **** I heard chirping. I was like WTF?

I kept clicking the **** left and right and realized the LED's came alive!

I then noticed a black wire going thru the firewall and traced it all the way to the front of the car and its connected to a sensor type black box.

Its a friggen radar detector!! I have no idea how to tell what brand it is. no markings on anything

Video will be up soon

Here is a quick video I just made

Seems to have two settings. One setting sets the LED to Amber. The other setting sets it to Green.

that's so sick... that's all I got to say. are you missing any components or is this k-40 fully functionable?
I would say this is still a top end radar system and I wonder if you may have a laser jammer hidden somewhere in the front... hmmm

Yes I just finished checking it all out and it has a laser diffuser in the front. That is actually what i am shining the light on in my grille in the video I posted.

The radar is actually behind the bumper cover hidden away. I have one in the front and rear bumper.
