tsb

I'm taking my 2008 g35xs in for brake squeek on Tue. regasrding a TSB from 2009. Ive had a brake job (at a Nissan dealer) since I bought the car. Do you think this should affect the TSB?

Thanks

Your questions have raised a couple questions from me.
What TSB covers Brake squeek? There are two I know of. One TSB is for judder and one for the brake light/foot pedal.
What 'brake job' did the Nissan dealer do for you?
If they used OEM brake parts then you may still be ok. If your brake pads are worn out or the shims just need lube then I don't think any TSB will apply.

Here it is...thanks for the #.

APPLIED VEHICLES:
2007 - 2008 G35 Sedan (V36) Sport Models ONLY
2008 - 2009 G37 Coupe (CV36) Non-Sport Models ONLY

The 08 G35xS does not have the sport brakes so I don't think this TSB applies to your car.

From the looks of it, that TSB would not apply to your car at all. You don't have sport brakes. The XS models retain the smaller (non-sport) brakes, so this TSB which is just a pad and pad kit change for the sport brakes equipped models doesn't apply.
