Just hit 82,000 miles on my 2007 G35s. Bought it last September with 58k. We drive it everywhere and love the car to death. I've had no major problems or maintenance issues to date. I had the diff and trans fluid service at 73k and new tires at 78k. I was just wondering, does anyone with more miles have any problems with the car? I feel confident everytime that I get in that it will get me from point A to point B without any problems for many more miles but I was just wondering.
I also had to garage it recently. My wife drives the car nearly 100 miles (commute to work) every day. We bought another older car and made the G35 our Sunday car! I wish that wasn't so because it's just way too much fun to drive, but 24k miles after a year is crazy for us.

Nice to hear. Just keep up with all the regular maintenance and it will get you another 80K miles with ease.

^ +1. the G see a lot of freeway driving and not a lot of stop and go. Freeway miles is the best for the car.

I've got 118k on the clock as of this morning. 80% highway miles from the original owner and myself. These cars do great as long as you keep on the maintenance!

Bought mine in November '10 with 67k miles and today I have 90k miles on it. By December there I'll most likely have about 110k miles on it approx. And I drive moderately hard on it; just keep up maintenance on it.Originally Posted by Ivanr77

I just bought mine about 5 weeks ago with 20k and now have almost 24k. I know I am far from your 80k but will close the gap quickly. I commute 105 miles daily without using my car while at work (I am in sales). I will probably hit almost 30k a year or maybe a bit more.

wow great to hear. Note the spark plugs don't last as long as they say. I would change them at 90k or sooner.

It depends all on the car and the driver. As long as you maintain it your well on your way to having a car that still performs like a champ.

Be advised Ivan, this ^ ^ ^ is NOT the typical ownership experience.
