bought my X just as winter was leaving the Midwest so I didn't get a chance to experience it in snowy conditions. Probably have to wait til January here in St. Louis but I can't wait. rpm, which Blizzaks were you running? I know there are several available, sounds like you had success with yours.

^ I had LM25's. They are performance winter tires. If you want the best traction get one of the WS models. I live where we get plenty of snow and the LM's where excellent for my daily driving in all winter road conditions.
I'm trying Hankook W409 i-Pike tires this season, on my new Sport 6MT.

I had the Hankook iPikes on my beater last year and was pretty impressed with them. They are no Blizzak, but performed very well. They were on my Mazda Protege and it was like a tank in the snow.

I looked at one of the WS models online, look pretty good and are competitively priced. Do they make those new Hankooks in anything larger than a 17? I didn't see any on discounttiredirect.com. Don't you have 18's or 19's stock on the G37?

Yes, Hankook W409 winter iPikes come in 225/50-18. My factory wheels are 18" and I have to have 18" minimum because of the BBK.
Yesterday I picked up my wheels, (supposed to be Hankooks) and I ended up with Michelin x-Ice Xi2 for the same price.
