Found a leak in my fuel tank

I just put my winter set on and noticed a small leak in my fuel tank. Anyone know the easiest way to go about fixing this? I'm dropped on eibachs so I'm assuming if I take it to the dealer that's the first thing they're going to bring up. Also is it bad to drive with this?
Here are some pics:

I wouldn't drive with a leaking gas tank...a splash of gas on your exhaust system could risk a fire

^^ +1 . . . big time!

Also, if you're puddling while parked and someone throws down a cigarette or something

Anyway, I can't tell from the photos, but is there any visible scraping or denting to indicate that the leak was caused by? If the area is free of obvious impact or abrasion, it doesn't seem likely that any blame could be placed on the suspension drop.

Thanks, I'll have to jack it up and check next time I'm home. It does look kind of like rust though, so hopefully it will be covered under warranty.

How did that happen? You should drain the tank and tow the car to get it fixed ASAP

No idea how it happened, I just noticed it for the first time when I put my winter set on today. I drove my sister's car back down to school but I'm going to see if I can get it checked out over thanksgiving break.

It's definitely worth a shot and I personally think that this wouldn't be covered as a rust issue... What is the gas tank made of to rust.
Best of luck brotha

^ They are. I found out some dealer nut head jacked up my car on my tanks and put nice dents in them.

This doesn't look like rust. The bare metal is still nice and shiny. Looks more like either a puncture or a seam failure.

Yeah I heard this was the case sometimes, I'm gonna take a look on the other side when I have a chance and see if there's any damage there too.
