Rear bumper removal

I got rear ended this morning, nothing too big, it just bumped out of place. Was wondering if anyone has removed the rear bumper before, if so are there any write ups on this? I will appreciate any help guys. Thanks!

Take it to R&J's. They may do it for you for dirt cheap.
