LOL @ 130 for the A7, like really!!! I thought most Germans were elect limited to 155, why did they do that to the A7? What's next? A E55 AMG lmited to 140?

My tests were done with a gtech pro. Some x cars reported 133, 6sp manual report 157 and 5sp auto 137. Never test the new auto so i dont have specs. The stock suspension of the s model feels very good at high speed but non-s models dont feel very good at 130+.
Wind and road condition is crucial so be aware.

I have to say, having run my 6MT up to an indicated 156 in a effort to find the top (claimed to be 158 per Infiniti), I sadly was unable to simply because I ran out of room to get any higher. From 150 on, it was clearly still accelerating, but taking its sweet time doing it. Each mph increase was taking a few seconds to achieve. At 150mph, you're traveling 220 ft/s which means a 1/4 mile goes by in 6 seconds. Even on a large oval track, a straightaway is gone before you know it. I know this isn't helping answer the OP's question, but i just wanted to point out how truly difficult it is to reach terminal velocity in these cars. IMHO, quibbling over the exact limits of that which you will most likely never see is kind of a wasted effort.

BTW, stay safe kiddies!
