Uhhhh! That is a good question and not sure but you can always call them to find out. I would call 2 or 3 different dealerships b/c some of them are just retarted.

You could certainly try; sure can't hurt, but my guess is that they will say that the wheels were most likely exposed to chemicals, etc. which caused the peeling.

I've found myself with the habit not answering the OP but asking questions on OP's threads BUT...
Any input on harsh curb rashes on rims and warranty? I bought the car with major curb rashes on the front rims. Rears are perfect. My solution was to paint them black.... lol I would assume this voids warranty BUT if they were oem with curb rashes what are my chances that warranty will replace em.
IMO Clear peeling would have a better chance of getting replaced than my curb rashes... since thats the drivers fault... But clear peeling might've been a manufacture problem.... maybe they didn't cure it properly.

I though wheel and tire protection from the dealer was supposed to protect against that and even accidental damage. Give them a call!

you should clean up your car really well and take it to them in an OCD manner so that they wont have anything to say... I mean if they are naming it "bumper to bumper" then I strongly believe they should fix this issue... It's not much of a cost for dealers to do this, mainly because of the fact that they have many cars that come in with imperfections and they always have their people that touch up paint etc.
Keep us posted brotha
