Staggered set up pros/cons

Fellow G drivers who are rockin staggered set ups, looking for some info. Going against some suggestions and am seriously considering a staggered setup on my X. How is the tire wear on the front compared to the rear? How often are you having to buy fronts vs rears? Does it make a difference in your opinion in not being able to rotate? Just tryiing to decide if it's worth doing as opposed to a square setup where I can rotate and replace tires all at once.

Well, since i went staggered i haven't rotated my fronts since i got them and the wear is still good. going on 2 years now. The rears since i drive a little hard i had to replace them once so far. Just depends on how you drive really and if you are cambered.

staggerd will always make a cars stance look better especially with aftermarket rims... the wear will always be more for the rear generally speaking, but then again driving habits will determine the duration. Staggered is definitely more attractive imo for the G's but as for other vehicles one size fits well. I think for sport tuned cars staggered is more beneficial as opposed to having an SUV. Hope that makes sense!

Think of it this way, the GT-R runs staggered tires from the factory.

^ I know...and I like. I have to say the staggered set up looks better, especially with a concave wheel which I'm getting. Just trying to figure out how much more, if any it will cost me in the long run in terms of wear, etc. Sounds like the rears are the first to go...

I actually do like the square setup. I have 245 all around and i like the nuetrality of the car. It has a lot more rotation then it did when i ran staggered.

Your set up looks staggered to me! I think because of the different offset on the wheels!!

What are your offsets and sizes on those F14's? That's one of the wheels I have it narrowed down to. I'd like to do to 10's in the back since the concave looks so good but yours still seeem to have a lot of concave as well. Btw, your ride looks down right sick
