Hi,
Recently, when turning on my 07 sedan, it seems like the nav system takes a long time to start after I hit the OK button on the screen. Previously, hitting OK would bring me right in. Now, it seems to hang for a good 10-15 seconds.

Known issue? Hard drive acting up?

I think it has to do with the colder weather, mine is starting to slow up a bit as well in the morning and we recently are having cold snap here.

 

Mines starts up about 1-2 seconds slower in the cold, but not 10-15.

 

interesting. maybe it isn't 15 seconds, i'll take a stop watch to it. but hitting the OK button just shows it "stick" for a while

 

The other thing that slows down my system is when it is trying to read an MP3 CD that I leave in my CD player. Check to see if you have any CD's in the Dash CD Player.

as said above, the Cold and the CD only slow it down for a couple of seconds at most. Nothing major or too annoying
