Red face Just got y '07 G35S 6spd :)... and .....

Hi Guys,
i just downgraded from an '08 X5 E70 4.8 into '07 G35S 6spd for specific reasons, and you can take a look below

Did the following to it the same day:

PlastiDip Front Grill
PlastiDip rear chrome spoiler (no pics)
Take off the badging from rear

Which one looks better?
option 1

option 2 (currently on the car)

Was planning to do some more mods slowly but surely,
BUT after 5 days of driving it....
...............
..........
.....
somebody hit me in the back

well the car went into shop, and since its there, it went into MOD Frenzy, and i just bought the following :

Ark Full Exhaust
R2C Intakes
Tein H Springs
BlackTop Front Lip

wheels coming in about 6 months or so

So, pictures after the accident coming up hopefully within the next 2 weeks

Let me know what you guys think

ALRIGHT!!! HERE WE GO UPDATED PICS AFTER THE SHOP!

The drop is way more than i expected it!

Here are the images of the fitment of the BLACKTOP front spoiler!
Worst customer service experience ever!!!
(i won't disclose the name of the well know seller until I am waiting on some resolution from him, if i won't get anything buy Feb, i will definately let everyone know!)

That's the front right side on the sport bumper before the install

Thats how we had to mount it with a 3 inch Screw to stay in place (it was popping out everytime with all small screws

so if one side on the left fit, the right side had to be stretched as much as possible to even fit the bumper, and thus is even cracked when was already on the car!!! and you also see the space between lip and car - Per seller, the fit is perfect!!! "It's a direct bolt on kit, no modification" and "Takes us less than 15 min to put it on !" Took over 2 hours of install time, and my price ran up to a total of more than $500 for this lip with shipping, paint and install.

Besides the fitment of the front lip, everything else is great and it handles like the car is on rails!

PS.
Old Car

and my other car now

Previous Cars starting from most recent:

Mercedes E350

BMW 335i

BMW E39 - 528i

BMW 750 Wide Body

this is why i decided to try something different
all these cars are within the last 7 years BTW...

thanks for looking and please post some comments

What made you decide to get a G over say a 335? You seem like a pretty big BMW guy lol

You have had some nice cars!

I like the second option with the emblem left "chrome"

One more vote for the chrome emblem on black grille. I gotta hurry up and get with the plastidip revolution. I want a black grille but haven't got around to doing it yet. After installing my intake, I don't look forward to removing the bumper again.

BTW for window trim, is it easy to get off? Looks like more than just a tab-popping situation if you wanna plastidip those (and I do)

welcome and congrats! Car looks good. Sorry somebody hit you, I just went through that for 2 1/2 months and nearly totaled my car. Btw you shouldn't have to remove the bumper for r2c intakes

For the trim, most people just tape off the car and pain them while on, they might be those 1 way tabs.

Unless you want to be able to reverse the painting, you might be happier with real paint or black vinyl like the rest of the door trim is already. I think someone even posted a DIY here with the vinyl.
