Infiniti OEM pads and rotors suck...they warp pretty fast, and even after resurfacing, they warp even faster.
I got Hawk Performance Ceramic pads and Centric Premium rotors and they stop better than OEM and cost a lot less than getting OEM parts. I didn't want semi-metallics since they are a little bit harsher on the rotors. Plus, the wear seems pretty good and there is no noise or brake fade. One time I had to do an emergency brake because the car in front of me slammed his brakes and my car stopped really confidently without tire squeal. I checked the rotor condition afterwards and there is no scoring or pitting on them.
I recommend getting Hawk brand brake pads.

If you want better braking performance, get the Hawk HPS pads and Centric Premium rotors. You'll run the risk that the brakes may squeal. Semi-metallics tend to be a little more noisy.
I got the brake pads and rotors from Amazon.com and total came out to be $380 for all 4 rotors and brake pads. Installation at a local shop was an additional $220 so I spent around $600 for replacing all the brake pads and rotors, which was much cheaper than what the dealer wanted or Firestone- (over $1000 for crappier rotors/brake pads.)
If you just wanted a brake pad change, then it would be much cheaper. However, I recommend getting new rotors because the stock OEM rotors pulsate pretty badly and quickly. Plus, you'll need to resurface your old rotors anyways for a brake pad change and it's not worth it.
As for tires, if you want luxury touring performance but not ultra high racing performance, I would recommend the Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires. They are better than the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity according to TireRack and they have it at a good price at Costco. Personally, I have the Goodyear Eagle GT's and they perform pretty well too, and are much cheaper. Since I live in the Boston area, I buy tires with rim protectors so I don't scratch up the rims during parallel parking. Michelin Primacy MXM4 and Bridgestone Turanza Serenity both have rim protectors also.

Hope this helps!
