Probably old news...but the G37 coupe springs seem to be same as G35x sedan springs for eibach. The eibach 6399.140 kit that I ordered for my G5x sedan is acutally just springs for the G37 Coupe kit...Unless I'm reading something wrong??

The springs themselves have markings on them that say 6388.001 and 6388.002 as per the parts list in the pic.

Just thought I'd share in case it helps anyone.


6399.140 = 2007 - 2008 INFINITI G35x Sedan 3.5L V6 AWD V36 Chassis1.4 in Front \ 1.1 in Rear

6388.140 = 2008 - 2011 INFINITI G37 Coupe 3.7L V6 Incl. "S" & Active-Steer. Exc. AWD. V36 Chassis1.2 in Front \ 0.8 in Rear

 

I recall seeing the same thing myself before (I was trying to sell off my 07 g35x eibach springs, and was trying to see if I could sell to coupe owners), but I would take their documentation with a grain of salt.

I believe what threw me off was when I checked up the regular 07/08 g35S documentation, it too showed the same part #'s, which from what I've read definitely are not interchangeable w/ the X...

 

Good to know...last thing I want to do is confuse people. I wonder why Eibach uses such confusing numbers.
