My SPC Front Camber Kit Cracked
I thought SPC addressed it with the "version 2" of the arms?
Do you (or anyone) think if the drop isn't too low that the banging can be avoided? I'm thinking of dropping the fronts another 1/2" or so, which would require i finally install the kit, but not at the expense of banging.
Thanks.

My passenger side camber arm failed this past week. It "spontaneously" adjusted the camber on it's own. lol
It went from the aligned -2.5 camber to something that looks like -6.0. smh
Gonna check it out tomorrow to see what really happened.

Thanks for the info. How long have you had them? let us know what you find after inspection.
I'm guessing the camber nut on top came loose?
I've had the fronts and rears since they each came out and haven't had any problems. I'm guessing they have a pretty good record.
Just an update. So far, so good. Ride is the same and I am driving comfortably. I sent the broken set back and I haven't heard from SPC since. I am going to follow up to find out if there is going to be any changes made for the future kits.
Hey everyone, Sorry for the delay. SPC sent me an updated Camber Kit which is bulkier around the bolt support for the adjustment lug. All is well and I am happy so far. Ben, from SPC, personally took care of the incident with my vehicle and followed up to make sure that everthing was well with my Kit. I haven't experienced any unusual issues since I swiped out the old version to the new. I have had the Kit on for two months now and I have track tested it with some aggressive cornering maneuvers and it handled very well.
+1. I noticed that one of my SPC arms was bent on the middle end at the bolt adjustment area. There are definitely marks on the wheel well like it hit before. I think the arms are a little long because even with an eibach drop, the ball joint is no where near the end.
IIRC, Version 2 for the coupe is really just the part for the sedan. However, I was reading on the G37 forum that SPC has made the revised version with the thicker metal and will be offering it for a $150 upgrade price. I think it's something like $450 and they send you the new revision. When you send back the old arms, they will credit you $300.
