What bushings are these? They looked cracked

Under the car today checking stuff and found this.

Both of these bushings look to have a crack in them

It's this bushing

Is that the control arm bushing?

I don't know if you can tell by the photos as they were take with my phone. You can see the crack/shadow in the top one. Both sids of car have this exact same crack. These bushing should have no cracks in them correct?

those are dark, blurry pictures. Get some light in there and take those pics again, including macros.

Those should be the front outer lower control arm bushing.

The weather probably raped them. Or too much powerslides lol. Does snow falls where you are located? But if you don't hear any knock going over imperfections on the road don't bother it unless you see it get a lot worse.

Thing is..lately i have been hearing something...especially backing out of driveway over bump in the AM. I have also had horrible vib issues for a while now..wonder if this can make that worse

That first pic you can see that crack..but i just don't know if it's normal.. since both have it in same place..ill try to get better pics

I can see it in the 2nd pic. Not so much in the first one. How many miles does it have?

Maybe that's why also when i hit a bump/bridge abutment, my wheel goes haywire over the bump

ehh i would keep checking them throughout the year. If they get worse change them out. The bushings cost a pretty penny though.

-edit

Now that you say that i say change them out asap then.

If i'm not mistaken, you'll need a press to get it out. but checking online they only sell you the complete lower control arm with the bushing. should be easy to do.

I'm pretty sure you've been through your car thoroughly trying to figure out your issue but I figure I'd mention this anyways....my wife's car had a blown shock which was causing bouncing over expansion joints and bumps, it had gotten to the point of being outright dangerous. I would have never suspected the shocks were blown considering it only had 50k, PLUS a mechanic said they were fine, but sure enough when I replaced them one was pretty much frozen.
