rear valence

How many people here have a rear valence for their G? Is this common and worth it? Ugly and tacky? Need some feedback on whether its something I should explore or not.

I was driving today and saw a Lexus with one, it looked like it had a matte finish... almost like someone plastidipped it. Any body plastidip and create their own, it is that a lame idea?

Search on youtube and there is a video where a guy plasti dipped his rear valence. I might do mine this week, still debating if i will or not...

I'm sure there's plenty of DIYs out there... my question was more about who has it, and whether most prefer to buy and add on, or create their own with plastidip

I have plasti dip rear balance. I love the subtleness of it on my black car! Because it's there but not exaggerated looking! I can't afford an actual diffuser! lol

Jesus... I don't know what kinda wax u use, but that's a hell of a gloss on ur ride....

Mine never looks that glossy no matter how much clay and wax.. but then again, my cars silver and not black.

I'm split between matte finish or shiny finish with a clear coat spray over it....

On ur car its a nice contrast having it with the matte finish... in wondering how its gonna look on mine with a silver paint job...

I just looked up a diffuser... don't know what the differences are between that and a valence, but umm I see carbon fiber ones going for 1000? Holy crap
