Just Got A Garage Scratch On My Rear Bumper...

Really sucks but I came home from work super tired and I decided not to park too close to the washer and dryer and I closed my garage door. I have garage door sensors but my rear bumper was literally a hair away from the garage door and as it closed, it made 2 light vertical scratches on my rear bumper on my G35 sedan.

Best recommended actions?

Thank you

I can take a picture and upload it if I should

Show us the damage. Can't tell if they need to be buffed out or not.

Can't do a thing. Bumpers are plastic.. I've done something similar....

I ended up getting a new bumper and painted it...

For the sake of comparison and so you know what is possible...I did the same thing when I had my 07X. My friend detailed the car, wet sanded the deep scratches out of the bumper. See the link.

He detailed my 11S last week and put it on his home page
