Need advice on wheel width and offset for my 2007 G35x

I have a 2007 G35x and I'm planning on purchasing a set of WORK VS-XX in 19's. I want the wheels to sit nice and flush with the fenders but not a "hella flush" look. The car is lowered on Eibach springs. What offset and width should I go with for the front and backs? And what tire size? I want a minimum of 2.5- 3.0 in lips.

What kind of camber are you comfortable running?
