I currently own a GS400 as a daily driver and am considering an '07 G35x Sedan. Any good advice on reliability issues or things that need replacing? The car has around 140,000km.

Need to replace my GS400. Daily driver. What service have you done to your car?

I had an 07x for 4 years. Changed the oil and air filters on schedule, self inspected most other things as per the manual and had a couple interior trim items replaced under warranty. The car ran like new when I trader her in last summer. Only had had about 75,000km though.

I would be more concerned with finding out how well the car was maintained for the 140,000km she has.

^ +1, the previous driver(s) will dictate how well the G will continue to perform. Any service records available? Are you buying from a private seller, dealership, or wholesaler? In general it appears that most members of the forum have had favorable opinions on the way their G has withstood the test of time. You can also check reliability records online from several websites, the 07-08 sedans get excellent marks.

Thanks for the replies. I'm buying from a private seller. No accidents, exterior and interior in good condition. Plan on keeping it until 220,000km. He's provided me with a Used Vehicle Info Package (government issued) and everything checks in okay. Smooth on highway, all speeds. My coupe only has 17000km's on it after 2 years. Plan on keeping it for much longer than the sedan. Just thought I'd ask in the forum for repair issues from other members.
