Invidia or Tanabe, purely based on looks?

I want to get an exhaust with a sportier sound than stock. I feel the sound from the Invidia Gemini and the Tanabe Medalion are similar enough to be a non-issue and the performance gains are meaningless to me, as I plan to add no other performance mods.

In that case, which do you guys think looks better on the car? The Tanabe Medalion or the Invidia?

The Tanabe tips are bigger than I would prefer but the Invidia aren't much smaller. The Tanabe would be eaiser to install and is less expensive....so I am down to which looks better as the deciding factor...

You will some HP gain from the Invidia, but only sound from the Tanabe. Seeing as it's only a few hundred dollars more, and you get all the replacement piping, I'd opt for the Invidia.

I have been searching for pics on here and myg37 and have found a few threads where people have had issues with the resonators and flex pipes on the Invidia...kinda making me lean toward the tanabe...

They both are exactly similar. One is a full catback while the other is a axleback.

The first version had that rasp problem but was fixed in the new revision by adding resonators. First time i had heard about that flex pipe problem. perhaps its fixed by now?

Invidia. The tips simply bolt on, so you can replace them with different ones if you want to.

I read about the issues with resonators and flex joints, but they seem isolated. Haven't had any problems with either in 1.5 years. And if you want it to look stock, paint the cans matte black.
