For an exact search, of course it'll show up as such!

You have absolutley, no idea. Where my drive for spirited, fun driving has gone, i have no idea. I feel like im getting older and older each day. It is ****ing with my physical health and my mental health. I need a therapist and my next car is definitley going to be a midsize car with a mix of different aspects. I want an incredible sound system, a nice low grumble, quiet on the freeway, and tons of tech on the inside. Probably going to have to be a Mercedes E63 AMG. Lets hope whatever job I land outside of college is a good one. I'll probably just lease an m37 or something though haha.

For the rest of you chatting about tires (turanza serentity, bridgestone pole position, etc) are these for the 18" sport rims??? The staggered ones to. Not just the performance wheel and tire pack. Link me some links to tire rack.

I can't tell if the Continental ExtremeContacts have the Rim Protectors. Can someone tell me if they do?

My DW has something of it, but i'm running a little narrow for the wheel size (255's on 9.5) so it's not as obvious. But compared to the V12's, it's there.

Many choices out there

I am sick of expansion joint pavement slamming on the freeway. Makes my back hurt and the tire rumble is also just getting to me.

I'v thought about the Michelin MXM4 Primacy? Wasn't sure if anyone else had run those. Im not even sure if they come in the sport 18" size.

If i was shopping for my OEM 17s or OEM 19s, this wouldn't be a terribly big deal as I know better what to look for, but i'v never shopped tires for these 18s or what people like to run. I have Hankook Ventus V4ES right now that the dealer put on when I bought it, and the tires suck. Noisey in their age, horrible grip, and dont feel good on the highway.

Any recommendations would be awesome. Thanks!
It's truly sad that deals put Hankook Ventus V4ES tires on Infinitis or any car for that matter. I've owned a set of V4's and I absolutely hated them. They are literally the worst set of tires I have ever driven on. It made my G35 feel like completely different car in a bad way. This turned me off to Hankook entirely. I will NEVER buy another Hankook again, and I would recommend that everyone stay away from Hankook, especially the V4's.

Like many G drivers, I've been searching high and low for tires that have good performance and comfort. The OEM 050A's were excellent performance tires, but too harsh a ride. Then I tried the Hankook Ventus V4's which were a total disaster. Then I tried the Potenza 760's which were very comfortable, but performance was below what I'm looking for.

After doing a lot of research (and saving my nickels and dimes) I went with the Pilot Super Sports. I just had them installed and have only about 200 miles on them. But all I can say so far is that these tires have the hard edge performance of the 050A's AND the comfort of the 760's. This tire proves that you can have both performance and comfort. Yes, the PSS tires are expensive, but they do truly stand out from the crowd. And you can always count on Michelin to have the $70 offered on a regular basis.
