Hey guys! I was wondering something. I got a g35x 2008. And It didnt come with navigation. But my friend was saying if you can get the cds you can install it since I have the monitor in in the dashboard. Is this true? That would be awesome If I can lol

 

No you cant. I was looking at a non navi g35 before i bought my current g35s sedan ( that has navigation) called a local shop and they quoted me around 6k for navigation because they need to change the whole dashboard new steering wheel and all.

That was a sales person that quoted me that. A couple of hours later i got a call back from the technician that said he will not do it because he said the electronics in there are so sensitive that the electricity from your finger can throw your whole **** off.

navi radio face trim and another part im forgetting at the moment, its doable, but a pain in the ***.

 

You friend is wrong.

Buy a garmin

 

^^ THAT, or just replace the car with one that has navi; still easier than adding factory nav to a non-nav car.
