Took my G sedan to the dealer for warranty work. Complained of suspension noise.
The service adviser called me and stated they could not replicate the noise. I ended up taking the service manager for a ride because the tech was at lunch and my service adviser was on vacation. The service manager stated he heard the noise but that his car did it too so it was probably normal. He would check with the tech and get back to me.

They said they didn't fix anything because there was no problem.

Dealer comment on Invoice
"Duplicated noise. Tightened suspension components. Compared to same model and year. Found noise to be normal"

Does this sound "normal" to you? Turn the volume up...

Not normal at all!! try another dealer or contact corporate and send them the clip via email that they provide you. This has to be fixed, i cant really tell where the sounds coming from or what it is though... can you explain more on which side its coming from and are there special times that you hear this sound on some roads or its the same all the time?

Not sure what may cause that noise but it's not normal to me. This would drive me insane.

Hope you can figure out what the hell is wrong.

Did you get new tires by any chance? This sound more like hitting the road metal connectors. If it's not the tires, I think it would probably be one of the shocks. My friend's S4 was making that noise after his left rear shocks got messed up.

Good Luck! Hope everything works out for you.

Going slow over rough surfaces. Big bumps sound normal. The sound in insane over brick roads/crosswalks. Seems to come from the right front.

i have same problem but i know one noise is coming from the passenger seat which is loose or something(B.S.) by the way! other noises just sound like the car has some loose **** going on in the interior. annoying as f*ck! going slow over bumps is what causes it

Was the road surface in that video concrete? It sounds like maybe it clunks at every seam between the slabs? I would imagine freeway expansion joints would be unbearable. A bad set of tires can definitely exacerbate it, but that sounds more like there's also play in the suspension somewhere that clunks when compressed. Any decent suspension guy should be able to sleuth it out for you. Sounds like your dealer is FOS.
