I would pass. WAYY too expensive for a 2008 with 76k without Nav. You can find them in the 17-22k range with those specs. I would keep shopping around if I where you.
From what I saw on the pictures, you have the Premium package but not Tech or Nav.
I bought my 2008 G35X with 70k without nav but has the premium package like yours for $17k in June. I live in Toronto as well.

Coupes go here in Edmonton for 28k-32k.
I still ended up getting it. Its looked after and I have 3 year warranty as well.
I need it since i have lots of stuff coming up so i just got it. There was a choice between a 08 C350 Sport but i passed since it was a worst deal
